Hello,
My name is Dave DeNoyer and I am a Senior Loan Officer with Cornerstone Mortgage. I was born in St. Louis and attended Assumption Parish School, Lindbergh High School and have a B.S. in business administration from Southeast Missouri State University.
Cornerstone Mortgage is a mortgage banker, meaning we process, underwrite and close our loans and our money goes to the closing table. This not only greatly increases the likelihood of everything happening correctly, but also the likelihood of everything happening on time.
