I have been married for 30 years and am the father of five children, ages 17-30. I grew up in and presently reside in Richmond Heights, Missouri. I have 21 years experience as a loan officer and have been with Cornerstone Mortgage, Inc. since January 8th, 2002.
I am excited to be with Cornerstone Mortgage, after 16 years of working with banks. I am able to offer more programs with much better pricing for my customers. In 2003, I closed over $46,000,000 in home mortgage loans.
Ruth Polt, my professional assistant, has been in the profession for 16 years as a Marketing Assistant, Post-Closer, Processor and Underwriter.
