Cornerstone Mortgage, Inc. Purchases the Former Westbridge Bank Building in Chesterfield

St. Louis, Missouri (September 27, 2011) – Cornerstone Mortgage, Inc. recently closed on the acquisition of the 23,000 square foot building formerly known as the Westbridge Bank Building, located at Highway 40 and Boones Crossing in Chesterfield. Originally constructed five years ago by now defunct Westbridge Bank, the building fell into foreclosure in August and was purchased from Reliance Bank. Tom Bajardi, CCIM, SIOR, of Sansone Group represented Cornerstone Mortgage in the acquisition.

Cornerstone Mortgage, who is currently headquartered in a 5,600 square foot building they own at 11255 Olive, purchased the building to accommodate their rapidly growing mortgage business. Cornerstone will occupy the entire first floor of the building, containing approximately 10,000 square feet, when it relocates in November.

In 2010, Tom Bajardi of Sansone Group represented Cornerstone in the acquisition of a 17,000 square foot building at Highway 94 and Wolfrum Road in St. Charles, now known as Cornerstone Crossing. It will soon be home to a Cornerstone branch office in 1st quarter 2012.
