Mr. Titus T. Dare, Cornerstone Mortgage, Inc. has 30 years background in all facets of mortgage banking. Mr. Dare has written loan programs for Fannie and Freddie Mac. Including, the original Section-8 Voucher to Own and the Manufactured Housing Leasehold Estate programs.

A specialization in Affordable Housing presented an opportunity for Mr. Dare to become a member of the Freddie Mac Unbog Committee, Fannie Mae Manufactured Housing Committee and the HUD National Manufactured Housing Foundation Committee over the past 15 years.

In 2005, Mr. Dare was selected by PMI Mortgage Insurance Company Affordable Housing Division to write a family of Affordable Home Loan programs appropriately named the "American Eagle." It was the intention of the project to create a Small Cap Fannie/Freddie type mortgage banking organization that would use the 144(a) private placement securitization market as the catalyst to demonstrate the ability of large and small banks and mortgage bankers to enter the full spectrum MBS industry from origination through securitization without support from the GSE's. Mr. Dare personally designed the project from inception to completion. The "American Eagle" programs were designed to allow conventional conforming financing with full document processing and underwriting, utilizing top 40% insurance coverage from PMI and minimizing bond holders exposure to a maximum of only 60% of loan amount on 3% and 5% down payment transactions.

In his current role, Mr. Dare brings his knowledge, background, contacts and resources from his years in the real estate and mortgage banking business nationally to Cornerstone Mortgage, Inc. to identify performing notes, non-performing notes and distressed assets for buyers as well as to assist sellers in possession of such assets identify buyers.
